Refund Policy

1. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at CarbonBargain1@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Our refund policy is on a case by case basis. We can only accept refunds on products that are not physically damaged or haven’t been used. We do not cover return shipping and charge a 15% restocking / Order cancellation fee. You must email CarbonBargain1@gmail.com prior to initiating your return. Professional installation is recommended on steering wheels, We do not accept returns because installation can’t be figured out. If electrical components are tampered with warranty is automatically voided and refunds are not accepted.

Full refunds are not processed If your order has began production or shipped, if neither apply, you may request the order to be cancelled with a full refund.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Failure to return parts how they arrived will result in deductions upon refund amount. Used parts are not acceptable and costs will be deducted from reimbursement.

2. Exchanges 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at CarbonBargain1@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Refusal of Delivery

Please do NOT refuse delivery under any circumstance. If there are any issues with the condition of your package or order, please email us at CarbonBargain1@gmail.com or via Instagram @CarbonBargain. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in shipment via refusal.
